How do I redeem a book?
Browse or search for a book, open it, and tap Get it. Redeem with your Pearls — or card, Apple Pay & Ziina — and we deliver it to the location you saved when you signed up.
What payment methods can I use?
Card, Apple Pay, and Ziina. Payments are processed securely — Anvil never sees or stores your card details.
How much is delivery, and how long does it take?
Delivery is a flat AED 15.00 anywhere in the UAE. We collect the book and bring it to you — typically within a few days.
How do I exchange my books?
Sign in, tap Exchange a book, add a photo and set what it's worth in Pearls. You don't need to type the title or details — we fill those in for you. When someone redeems it, we arrange pickup from your saved location.
When does my value come back?
Once your book is on its way to the reader, your share comes back to you — ready to redeem again. We'll be in touch to arrange it.
What condition are the books in?
These are pre-loved books. Each listing shows a condition (New, Like New, Good, or Acceptable) once it's been checked.
Can I return a book?
If a book arrives significantly different from its listing, contact us and we'll make it right.
I can't find the book I want.
Post it on the Wanted board. Owners can see what readers are looking for and may list it.
